Return Policy
At Hamptons Bags, every bag is carefully handmade in Hermanus with attention to quality and detail. We hope you love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags or packaging intact.
Because each bag is handmade, slight variations in fabric, colour, or stitching are part of the bag’s character and not considered faults.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange your bag, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.
Exchanges depend on stock availability. If your chosen item isn’t available, we can offer a store credit or refund.
Refunds
Once your return is received and checked, you’ll receive an email confirmation.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your bag arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us at [your email address] within 3 days of delivery, including your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
