Handmade Products

All our bags are individually handmade in Hermanus, South Africa. Because of this, each item is unique. Small variations in colour, texture, or stitching are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.

Orders and Payment

Orders are confirmed once full payment has been received.

Prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) and may change without prior notice.

We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product is out of stock or incorrectly priced. If this happens, you will be fully refunded.

Shipping

We aim to ship all orders within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier delays.

Hamptons Bags is not responsible for delays or damages caused by third-party couriers once the order has been dispatched.

Returns and Exchanges
